INFORMATION AND CONSENT FORM FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

INFORMATION NOTICE - Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 - Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03

Pursuant to European Regulation No. 679 of 2016 and Legislative Decree No. 196 of 2003 on the protection of personal data, you are hereby informed that the Data controller of the data is Camping Vicenza, Via Uberto Scarpelli, 41, 36100 Vicenza, P.I. and C.F. 00866280241 (hereinafter referred to as "the Controller").

Personal data are processed in full compliance with EU Regulation 679/2016 and Legislative Decree 196/2003.

The data provided by you (hereinafter referred to as 'the Data Subject') will only be used for the purpose of processing your requests and may only be disclosed to third parties if this is necessary for that purpose.

The data collected by the site within the 'contact us' page, subject to the explicit consent of the person concerned, will be used exclusively to deal with your requests and will not be used for any other purpose, not even after your request.

The request for subscription to the company newsletter, which is managed through the e-mail address indicated by you, requires the explicit consent of the person concerned. You may unsubscribe from this service at any time by following the instructions in the newsletter.

The processing of the data shall be carried out by personnel appointed by the Data Controller using procedures, technical and IT tools suitable for protecting the confidentiality and security of the data subject's data, and shall consist of the collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure and destruction of the data, including the combination of two or more of the above activities.

The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to provide the Data Subject with the requested services and will in any case be deleted upon the Data Subject's request, without prejudice to further retention obligations provided for by law. The data of the Interested Party will not be disseminated.

Within the scope of its activities and for the purposes indicated above, the Data Controller may avail itself of services rendered by third parties operating on behalf of the Data Controller and in accordance with its instructions, as data processors. These are suppliers, business and production partners, intermediaries, technical and medical consultants and other similar subjects who collaborate with our organisation in order to fulfil the contractual commitments undertaken with you; subjects who provide a service strictly and necessarily connected to the Controller's activity such as tax consultants, banks, forwarding agents, insurance companies, public and private bodies, also in relation to inspections or audits; subjects who can access the data by virtue of legal provisions.

The data may also be communicated to all those entities authorised by law to collect them (e.g. provincial health services companies, financial administration, etc.).

The data subject may request a complete and updated list of the persons appointed as data processors by contacting the contact person indicated below.

Data may be transferred within the European Union, where the Data Controller or its suppliers and collaborators are based or have their own servers. Data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

 

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR). The data subject's right to obtain access to their data and to complain to the supervisory authority;
  • Right of rectification (Art. 16 GDPR). Right of the Data Subject to obtain from the Data Controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him/her;
  • Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) (Art. 17 GDPR). The Data Subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller the erasure of personal data concerning him/her without undue delay;
  •  Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR). Right of the Data Subject to obtain a restriction of data processing;
  • Obligation to notify (Art. 19 GDPR). The Data Controller shall notify each of the recipients to whom the personal data have been transmitted of any rectification or erasure or restriction of processing carried out pursuant to Articles 16; 17; 18;
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). The Data Subject has the right to receive personal data concerning him or her provided to the Data Controller and has the right to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance from the Data Controller;
  • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). Right of the Data Subject to object to the processing of his/her personal data;
  • Profiling (Art. 22 GDPR). The Data Subject has the right not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling or significantly affecting his or her person.
